Overview
In February 2023, INFRATEK delivered a Scan-to-BIM modeling project for the José Luis Briceño Baseball Stadium located in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. The project was developed from client-provided point cloud data to support digital documentation, existing-condition modeling, and BIM-based asset visualization.
The scope included the interpretation and processing of laser scan information to generate a coordinated BIM model representing the stadium’s architectural and structural conditions. The model was developed to support digital coordination workflows and interoperable data exchange standards.
